Design & Development

Finally, we recommend chatting with builders to ensure everything aligns with your budget.
Stage 3
Approvals Phase
In this phase, we handle the coordination and submission of relevant Development Applications or CDC Approvals. We collaborate with various specialist consultants to ensure all necessary protocols are addressed. These may include Basix, Bush Fire, Heritage, mines subsidence or town planning.
Our aim here is to keep it simplified and stress free.
Stage 4
Construction Certification
After submitting the relevant applications, your next priority is to obtain approval for a construction certificate. This crucial step ensures that all technical aspects are in place for a smooth transition to the construction phase.
Once your project is approved, we focus on obtaining the Construction Certificate. This ensures all technical and regulatory requirements are met for the construction phase. We finalise detailed drawings and collaborate with your builder to ensure everything is ready for a smooth transition into construction.
